There are just a few terms and condition we would like for you to understand about any transaction with us.
*Regarding Leather items: It's important to realize that leather is unique to each source and that skins are not perfect, like anything in nature. There may be scuff marks or very slight imperfections on leather and that's what makes them beautiful. We do get our leather from very high-end sources and the quality is always very good.
*Regarding any item you may purchase: We are a made-to-order company which is what allows us to personalize anything for you specifically or size things to your dimensions. We will be constructing your piece after we get your order. Your item will not be in a wharehouse storage facility and we ask that you have just a little patience as we make your item. If your order is more complicated it may take a bit longer but we will keep you posted and you will always get tracking information from us as soon as its ready to ship.
Return and Refund Policy
Regarding Returns:
New York State Law prohibits us from accepting any returns on our items and any intimate apparel. However, as we have always say, your item is made just for you so if it doesn't fit correctly or if there is a problem with it, we will be happy to correct it for you so that it DOES. Remember when ordering to advise us on any customization or any measurements you think we need to know when making for you.
Orders cannot be cancelled after the materials have been bought for it, and/or construction has begun on your order.
